I’m inquisitive, always asking questions and learning new things. When designing learning solutions, I use my attention to detail and curiosity to analyze and identify the performance problem and its root cause. In addition, I use my communication skills, flexibility, and ability to collaborate to develop and design clear and concise learning solutions.

Collaboration is a cornerstone of my work. I thrive on building authentic relationships with peers and SMEs to ensure that our solutions serve audiences across the business and that we all can enjoy and learn from working together. I aim to support and build up the teams I join, and I love to feel supported by others.

I love exploring new places, meeting new people, and learning new things. I am adventurous and have tried white water rafting, hiking, and riding a four-wheeler in the desert. Also, I love creating new memories with my family, whether flying kites, painting pictures, visiting Disney world, or riding our bikes in the park. I love abstract art and taking photos of nature because it is the little things that make life unique to me.
